TTSD-36148

Previously, if you used imperial units when entering a numeric location, Tekla Structures removed the space from between inches and fractional inches. This has now been fixed. For example, if you enter 10'11 7/8, Tekla Structures now handles this correctly as 10'11" 7/8.
