You can again create construction circles by center point and point on circle. Now when starting the construction circle command, you have 3 options to choose from:

• Create construction circle by center point and point on circle in view plane (default)
• Create construction circle by center point, point on circle and point to pick plane (in 3D)
• Create construction circle by 3 circle points (in 3D)
