Nine numerical categories exist to help oganize the reports in the US Environments. The first digit indicates the category; the second digit indicates the discipline or role originating the report; and the third is used to override the alphabetical sorting for further grouping.

Here are the categories and a brief explanation.

100Model IntegrityThese reports help you check the model for accuracy and consistency.
200Design-DetailingThese reports help you complete the design or detailing of the model.
300QuantitiesThese reports provide quantities which can help with checking or purchasing.
400Import-ExportThese reports offer a variety of output. Some are used for Attribute Import while others
open directly in Excel. This category also contains reports for MIS programs.
