Test Connection Error - Cannot connect. A non-recoverable error occurred during a database lookup

Error when converting to multi-user model.
Solution:
This error may occur when you have given the wrong name of the server that hosts the multiuser service.
To fix this, make sure that the multi-user service is running on the server. Give the server name when you are prompted to write it in the server dialog as a server address.
