I have difficulties to log in to the Model Sharing service and see this message in the modelsharing log file:
TeklaMessagingException: Security check failed. https://prod.teklamodelsharing.com is not a trusted destination address
Answer:
It might help to reboot Windows. That this might be because of Windows is updating it's component but not doing reboot as it should. We have noticed several of various weird problems that rebooting has solved.
Another issue is if you have SSL inspection (or deep scan) in use with your company firewall. If it is you should bypass the inspection that goes to *.teklamodelsharing.com as Tekla Structures / Model Sharing communication does not accept any unknown SSL certificate. Network admin should know how to do this.
