Question:
Is there any possibility to model tapered washers for bolts in Tekla Structures?
Answer:
There is no direct way to model tapered washers in Tekla Structures.
As a workaround, you can select the tapered washer option in the bolt properties (see below). With this option in use, you will see the washer as flat only and not tapered, but you can report it using reports.
You can add the tapered washer in the bolt catalog (see the images below).
You can use report to find out the quantity of the tapered washers in the model (see the images below). Sample report is attached herewith for reference.
