You can see this template in use in this attached model folder. Refer to drawing C6, which uses the rotated revision template.
To place it as per your cell dimension, attach the template to your drawing layout at the desired location. Then insert the actual width required in Template page properties (as shown below) and provide the number of columns using the Min. count and Max. count fields.
