If an Organizer dialog, like Categories or Object Browser is not visible, you can reset the dialog positioning by deleting the following AvalonDockConfig.xml files, then reopening Organizer.

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\ProjectOrganizer\AvalonDockConfig.xml
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Trimble\Tekla Structures\ProjectOrganizer\AvalonDockConfig.xml

This might happen after using several screens and then changing to one screen.
