In which format I can import a bocad model to Tekla Structures?
Answer:
SDNF is the format to use when importing from bocad to Tekla Structures. Depending on the bocad package, a SDNF import / export link may be available. Basically bocad has SDNF support just as an add-on. Previously, there were some problems with SDNF files, because their export of SDNF was corrupted. The newer version of bocad (20) contains proper SDNF files, but version 19 or earlier causes problems. These problems can be solved with a separate Tekla tool, Tekla Structures Doctor SDNF, which can be obtained from your local Tekla support.
