PLATE_TOP_VIEW template attribute was introduced in Tekla Structures 19.1. You can use PLATE_TOP_VIEW in a graphical field.
- Create graphical field in template
- Double click the field to open properties
- Select Attribute = PLATE_TOP_VIEW
- Save and use in a drawing that contains a plate
