How to export option type UDAs as text string to IFC?

Question: We would like to export option type UDAs as text strings rather than integer values to IFC. Seems that string type option values can't be exported, even if I set property type as string in Property Set Definitions dialog box. Is it really so?
Answer: There is a workaround to this issue. You need to change the property type to Template attribute as well. Then the UDA options are exported as text.
