Question:
Is it possible to check the status of borrowed license(s) on a client computer? Is the information about borrowed licenses kept somewhere on borrowing machine? I would like to check if my borrowed license is ok.

Answer:
Yes, it is possible. You should have Tekla License Borrow Tool installed. By default it is installed in C:/Tekla/License/Borrow directory.

To check the status of borrowed license(s) please do following:
  1. Open Command Prompt. For that, press Windows logo key on your keyboard or click the Start button on your desktop. Type "Command Prompt" and choose to run it.
  2. Once Command prompt is open, please type: %SYSTEMDRIVE%/Tekla/License/Borrow/Appactutil.exe -view -long and press Enter key.
A report will be displayed showing status and number of borrowed licenses:

If there are no borrowed licenses on that computer, the report will say "No fulfillment records in trusted storage".
