When the export IFC dialog box does not appear

Sometimes the IFC dialog box can be trapped on another screen that has been disconnected.
To get it back you have to make the dialog active and then move it back.
Follow these steps:
1. Select Export -> IFC from file menu
2. Write IFC in Quick Launch and select IFC (Export) in the drop down menu. This makes the IFC Export dialog active.
3. Press Alt + Shift + Space
4. Press arrow down and then enter
5. Press left arrow and the dialog sticks to the mouse pointer
