Error 50003 - Error Fetching activated licenses - Internal Error Occurred

Tekla Structures License Administration Tool is neither able to "Open and read" nor "Utilize" the information in the trusted storage. Command lines output would show same error.
Solution:
Troubleshooting Step #1
- Run System Configuration. Go to Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools and run System Configuration.
- From the Services tab, Tick/Select the following services in order to enable them:
- Tekla Structures Licensing Service
- Flexnet Licensing Service
- Flexnet Licensing Service 64
- Apply the changes and press ok. *in some cases, restarting the server might be required.
- Open LMTOOLS and start the license server from LMTOOLS > Start/Stop/Reread tab.
- Once the status shows: Server Start Successful, open Tekla Structures License Administration Tool and check if you can see the license(s) available.
