Question:
I able to get the dimension while creating the parts in few models(Below snaps while creating contour plate), but not able to get the same in some other models.
How can I enable or disable the distance (dimension) when creating parts?

Go to File > Settings > Advanced options > Analysis and Design.
Search for the advanced option XS_DISPLAY_DIMENSIONS_WHEN_CREATING_OBJECTS . You can click the name to get more information about this topic.
Set the Value to TRUE.
If you want to disable the display of dimensions, set the Value to FALSE.
