Display management information on the model view

How can I display management information on the model view

Answer:
This can be done by entering the information as a comment in User-defined attributes Properties for all parts to which this applies. 

For example, type  "Fabricated" as shown below.
 

Open View Properties and select "Display...".
1. Select the Advanced tab.
2. Tick "Part label"
3. Select User-defined attribute from the left-hand window
4. Click "Add".
5. In Part label dialog type "comment" then click OK.
6. Click Modify
 

The comment will appear on the part label. In the example below we have also repeated the above process to add the comment "Issued" to some of the beams.
