- Go to the Applications and components catalog in the side pane.
- Select the custom component for which you want to add thumbnail.
- Right-click and select Thumbnails... in the context menu.

The Thumbnails window will open.
- Click Add thumbnail.

- Browse to the bitmap image you want to add as a thumbnail and click Open.

- In the Thumbnails dialog box, clear all other thumbnail check boxes except for the check box of your new thumbnail.
- Click Close.
