You can easily access content added by other Tekla Warehouseservice for collaboration and for storing and sharing Tekla Structures content

In Tekla Warehouse the content items are stored in collections. Tekla Warehouse includes the Tekla Warehouse Service and the Tekla Warehouse web site.

Tekla Warehouse is one of the Tekla online services.

To create a link between a content item and a collection:

  1. Log in to Tekla Warehouse.
  2. Use Search to locate the relevant content item.
  3. Select the content item to link to.
  4. Click.
  5. In the box that appears, select the collection where you want to show the linked content item, and click Link.
The linked content items are shown under Linked content in your collection.
Tip:

To create links to all or selected content items in an online collection:

  1. Go to a collection page.
  2. Filter the content items according to the Tekla Structures version.
  3. Select the check box next to each content item you want to link to, or click Select all.
  4. Click Link selected.
  5. In the box that appears, select the collection where you want to show the linked content items, and click Link.

To unlink a content item from a collection:

  1. Go to a collection page.
  2. Click On to activate the editor mode.
  3. In the Linked content section, click
