I forgot my password
Use the Forgot password link on the sign in page to reset your password.
I have created a new account, but I can't login to Tekla User Assistance
Make sure that you verify your e-mail address before you try to use a new account. Check your e-mail (including your spam folder) for a verification email, which contains the link that activates your account.
I did not receive a verification e-mail
- Check your spam folder in case the verification e-mail is there.
- If you cannot find the verification email, use the Forgot password link on the sign in page to reset your password and send a new verification e-mail.
I logged in, but I am still not allowed to view all content
Anyone can view most Tekla Structures instructions and videos in the User Assistance service, but some of the content is provided as part of your organization's maintenance contract with Trimble. If your organization has a valid maintenance agreement, your organization's own Tekla Online administrator must invite you to join your organization's group and you must accept this invitation by clicking on an e-mail link.
After joining the group, your new access rights are activated the next time when you log in to Tekla User Assistance. If you are currently logged in, log out and log back in.
