Wall Custom Properties

Based on Finnish wallplate that represents a structure such as a wall or roof panel

In Tekla Structures, a panel is created by picking two or more points.

element cast unit prefixes
- SKR, Plastered load bearing sandwich
- RKR, Plastered non-bearing sandwich
- SK, Load bearing inner shell element
- RK, Non-bearing inner shell element
- S, Load bearing sandwich element
- R, Non-bearing sandwich element
- KE, outer shell element
- AN, non-bearing socle element
- AS, load bearing socle element
- AR, ground pressure sandwich element

Cast unit prefix can also contain e.g. bulding section. For example KE_A could be use for section A outer shell elements.

CUSTOM.INNER_PANEL_THICKNESS

Inner panel biggest part is found by seaching:
- does part name contain substing INNER or SISÄ
    - if not, a biggest part by volume is selected
- main part(1) part that exists in a building object and that determines the position number for the assembly or cast unit and the direction of assembly or cast unit drawings

(1) Main part can be an assembly main part or a cast unit main part.

(2) input part that the user selects first when creating a component

(2) Connections and details always have a component main part.

CUSTOM.INNER_PANEL_MATERIAL

Inner panel's material

CUSTOM.INNER_PANEL_VOLUME

First searches the biggest inner part and outer part.
The other concrete parts are divided into inner/outer panel parts by these checks.
- if inner and outer biggest pars have diferent name
    - is part's name either of those?
- if name check did not work, check if inner and outer biggest part classes are different
   - is part's classpart property that groups parts according to identifiers given by the user

The identifiers of classes are usually numbers. Classes can be used for defining the color of parts in the model, for example. Class does not influence the numbering of model objects.

CUSTOM.OUTER_PANEL_THICKNESS

Outer panel biggest part is found by seaching:
- does part name contain substing OUTER or ULKO
    - if not, a second biggest part by volume is selected

CUSTOM.OUTER_PANEL_VOLUME

The concrete parts are divided into inner and outer panel parts in a similar way as for CUSTOM.INNER_PANEL_VOLUME.
First searches the biggest inner part and outer part.

CUSTOM.INSULATION_THICKNESS

All parts of cast unit which MATERIAL_TYPE is MISCELLANEOUS are considered.
First trying to find biggest part which name contains substring INSULATION or ERISTE.
If not found, the biggest part is selected.
Returns thickness of the selected part.

CUSTOM.INSULATION_MATERIAL

Searches the biggest insulation part like for CUSTOM.INSULATION_THICKNESS.
Returns the material of this part.
