Spell Checker allows you to check spellings for texts added in the open drawing.
Click the spell checker icon from right side pane to open the Spell checker side pane.
Select the dictionary to be used for spell checking from dictionary drop down box (default is English (United Kingdom)).
Now you can click on Scan Drawing button to run spell checker for all Texts added in th drawing. Spell checker will go through all the words in the texts and list the words which are misspelled in left list box. You can select individual words in the misspelled words’ list and you will get nearby correct word options on the right side list box.
You can choose any correct option from the list and modify currently selected word using Modify button or all instances of it using Modify All button.
If you wish to ignore current instance you can use Ignore button or Ignore All instances of current word using ignore all button. Ignored word will again show up when you run scan next time.
If you wish to add current word to always ignore list (custom dictionary) you can click on Add button. This will create SpellCheckDictionary.dat file in attributes folder of model and add the word to this file. Next time when you run spell check these added words won't be detected as misspelled words. You can copy this SpellCheckDictionary.dat file to firm folder and all models referring to that firm folder will use that file for spell checking.
If you want to correct misspelled word but suggestions are not appropriate then you can use textbox below suggestion list using checkbox and type your word in that box and click on Modify / Modify All buttons.
If you click on show correct words checkbox this will list all the correct words which spell checker has gone through.
Radio buttons ‘UPPER’, ‘lower’ & ‘Title’ will help in replacing words according to these cases. Default is UPPER case but you can use lower or Title case options using this radio buttons
