To install applicationpart of Tekla Structures functionality that is developed in order to extend the capability of Tekla Structures but that is not included in the Tekla Structures installation


    Download TSEP (Tekla Structures Extension Package) from Tekla Warehouseservice for collaboration and for storing and sharing Tekla Structures content

In Tekla Warehouse the content items are stored in collections. Tekla Warehouse includes the Tekla Warehouse Service and the Tekla Warehouse web site.

Tekla Warehouse is one of the Tekla online services.

    Double-click on it.
    Click on "Import".
    Run Tekla Structures.

The dialog window is in the form of a parameter part of the reservation, with the selection of the shape of the profile, the layers concerned, and the cut and formwork attributes for the Unitechnik export.

The second part "Position" concerns all the positioning parameters of the reservation.


To create a reservation in a Wallplate that represents a structure such as a wall or roof panel

In Tekla Structures, a panel is created by picking two or more points.

In cast-in-place concrete the term wall refers to a concept similar to panel.

Layout, simply select a wall belonging to that Wall Layout. The plugin will find the "Wall Layout" component, bind itself to it and load the component's values. By default a reservation 800 * 800.

Reservations are linked to the "Wall Layout" component. If the Wall Layout is changed in its settings, number of layers, layer sizes, enlarged, reservations will be recalculated based on these new data. If one of the sub-components of the Wall Layout is removed, for example one of the concrete panels that composes it, the reservations will not disappear: the plugin is not linked to sub-components.

If the Wall Layout is deleted the reservations disappear.


The formwork pieces are independent for each panel. If an edge joint separates the initial layers, the creation of the formwork parts will be done according to each wall, taking into account the shifts in the edge joints. The parts thus created belong to the subassembly of the wall for the Unitechnik export, from the moment when the material chosen for the generation of the part is not concrete.
