Empty Drawing Generator

These applications create empty drawings of multi drawing / GA drawings as many required with the given sequence and attributes.

How to locate

Installers are available at Drawing number update and Empty drawing generation.

After installation, the 'Empty GA Drawings Creation' / 'Empty Multi Drawings Creation' application is available in the component catalog group 'Drg No Update and Empty Drg Generation'.

 

Usage

These tools are combination of run-time macros and application and it opens / closes TS drawing creation dialogs.

Multi Drawing:

To use the extension:

1. Run application from component catalog
2. Enter number of drawings have to be created
3. Select the number format.
4. Enter the required values in prefix, drawing and suffix
5. Select the appropriate field where the number will be assigned.
6. Click OK button

GA Drawing:


To use the extension:

1. Run application from component catalog
2. Enter number of drawings have to be created
3. Select the number format.
4. Enter the required values in prefix, drawing and suffix
5. Select the appropriate field where the number will be assigned.
6. Click OK button

Additional information

• Prefix, start no & suffix can accept alpha numeric characters.
• Prefix & suffix increment type use first set of character for increment.
• Number increment type uses the first set of numbers for increment.
• You can exclude some characters for the increment process by entering those characters in exclude alphabets.
