Duct Inner Bent Plate

This tool will create a bent plate/angle profile at the junction of two wall plates of Duct/Bin.

After installation, the ‘Duct Inner Bent Plate’ plugin is available in the component catalog group 'Duct and Plate Work'.

Usage

On double click you will get the Duct Inner Bent Plate dialog box in which you can edit the various fields including types, plate made up, offsets, materials etc.
  
To use this tool, click the icon in the component catalog & then select the Duct part    keeping ‘Select component’ selection switch on. Else you can select the Individual plates of the duct keeping ‘Select objects in component’ switch on.
     
Options is provided to input the bottom Top and Bottom offset for bent plate from the edges of the Duct/Bin.
 
You can opt either bent plate or angle. You can also select the standard angle profile from the library or define the custom dimension for the bent plate.
   
Option to define the corner set backs is also available.
 
From below option, if you choose “Add to Main”, inner bent plates / angles are added to duct part / selected plates to form as one assembly. If you choose “Loose Assy”, it keeps all the inner bent plates / angles as loose parts.
 
Under the parts tab, you can control the Profile, material, name finish & class of angle or bent plate.
