Any flagged errors must be corrected or the relevant part deselected, before running the file transfer again. Warnings may be the result of mistakes in the model or parts deliberately defined in a non-standard way. If there is a mistake, then correct the model before running the file transfer again. Otherwise, you should check that CMF is prepared to manufacture the non-standard parts before sending the order.

Warning message Description Remedy
Bolt type not manufactured by default. Location:X {distance along the member in X} Y{position on the member in Y} in part {part mark} The member contains holes that are not included in the configuration file. These are not accepted by the manufacturer and will be excluded from the output. To fix this either modify the bolt to a standard type or produce a drawing to support the order.
Face not found {name of face} in {profile name} There is a face in the file that does not correspond with a face on the part. This could mean there is a problem with the standard files, contact Tekla Structures support.
{profile name} Hole or Bolt defined outside the part: {part mark} If the hole/bolt falls outside the part then this error will be issued. Check the model for holes outside the part. Either move the hole so it is intersecting the part or delete the hole.
Hole removed due to sharing space with a larger hole {hole diameter} , {distance along the member in X},{position on the member in Y} If two holes share a location (within a small tolerance) the smaller hole will be ignored as it wouldn’t make sense to punch a larger hole in the same spot after a smaller one. The software will remedy this conflict. To remove the warning one of the holes must be deleted.
Hole removed due to sharing space with a longer slot {hole diameter} , {distance along the member},{distance up the member} If a hole is found to share its location with a longer slot then this error will be issued. The software will remedy this conflict. To remove the warning, one of the holes must be deleted.
Hole removed due to sharing space with a square hole {hole diameter} , {distance along the member},{distance up the member} If a round hole is found to share its location with a square hole then the round hole will be removed. The software will remedy this conflict. To remove the warning one of the holes must be deleted.
Hole/Slot conflict {hole diameter} , {distance along the member},{distance up the member} This is caused by a hole and slot sharing the same space. Remove either the hole or slot.
Hole slotted in two directions {hole diameter} , {distance along the member},{distance up the member} The CMF system currently does not allow a hole to slot in both directions. Change the hole so it is slotted in only one direction.
Incorrect clearance: Actual clearance - {clearance distance}   File requires - {required clearance distance} The distance between the end of a strut and the cleat attached at that end is non standard. Check the model is as required.
Incorrect cleat backmark {required backmark}: Actual Backmark of part {actual backmark} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration.

Check parts is modelled as required.
Incorrect cleat offset: Cleat offset - {offset distance} File requires - {required offset distance} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required.
Incorrect cleat toe: Currently - {cleat to strut offset} File requires {required cleat to strut offset} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required.
Incorrect cleat Y alignment. Current value is {cleat to strut distance in Y} required value is  {required cleat to strut distance in Y} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required.
Incorrect cleat Z alignment. Current value is {cleat to strut distance in Z} required value is  {required cleat to strut distance in Z} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required.
Invalid cleat positioning: {cleat profile} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required. Produce a drawing to support the order.
Invalid cleat: {profile name The cleat attached to this part is not valid according to the data files. Produce a drawing to support the order or re-apply the macro and make no changes to the cleat.
Invalid direction: Currently - {cleat direction flag} File requires {required cleat direction flag} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required. Produce a drawing to support the order.
Invalid horizontal orientation: {orientation flag} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required. Produce a drawing to support the order.
{profile name} Invalid length {length in the model}: Length allowed  Min:{minimum allowed length} Max:{maximum allowed length} The part length is outside the range specified by CMF. Either lengthen or shorten the part, or speak to CMF to discuss options.
Invalid vertical orientation: {orientation flag} A cleat has been positioned relative to a strut in a non standard configuration. Check parts is modelled as required. Produce a drawing to support the order.
Match info or Check info missing, Is this profile in the Transfer file? This message should never appear. This could mean there is a problem with the standard files, contact Tekla Structures support.
{profile name}: No match found in standard file The profile can not be found in the standard file. Either the part is missing from the file or the part has been altered in such a way that it is no longer standard, in which case a drawing should be produced to support the order. Contact Tekla support for more information.
Notches found in part {part mark} Notches were not expected for the part, non standard. Produce a drawing to support the order.
Slotted hole shorter than shortest cutter found {hole type} {part mark} The required slot size is not available for export. Produce a drawing to support the order or contact Tekla Structures support.
Square hole removed due to sharing space with a larger diameter round hole {hole diameter} , {distance along the member in X},{position on the member in Y} If a square hole is found to share its location with a larger round hole then the square hole will be ignored. The software will remedy this conflict. To remove the warning one of the holes must be deleted.
Sub Items do not match required items in standard file: {profile name} This warning occurs when something has been attached to a part that is not standard. For example, invalid cleats at the end of a strut. Produce a drawing to support the order, as this is a non standard part.
Sub item is not listed in the standard file: {sub parts profile name} - {main member profile name} This warning occurs when the sub item attached to the part is not in the standard file. For example, if a cleat is not a standard CMF cleat. Produce a drawing to support the order.
