When connections are applied in Tekla model using autoconnection functionality, it is not possible to call in connection report the attributes of connections. This tool will create a report for connections in the model with it’s ID, macro number, primary member, secondary member/s and the rule used for autoconnection in that perticular case or all the connection attributes set in that connection.

After installation this tools is available under Application & components as shown below.

Usage

Click on the toolbar to run the command.
Click on the report button in the Auto connection report dialog box so that the data will be read from file.

Select connection type from drop down and accordingly the report will change with reference to connection type.

From display attributes field you may select appropriate option from drop down like All, Manually Edited or Custom.

The report in display will change accordingly.

User may export this report to Excel format using export button. Select the location and give name to report to save the same.

The report will be saved as *.csv and will open in excel.

You may also use selection filters for custom connections.
