The segments of the polybeam are straight, but segment intersections can be curved. For example, a beam that follows a zigzag line is a polybeam.

User-defined attributes are used when the predefined object properties are not sufficient but more properties are needed. For example, comment, locked, and erection status are user-defined attributes.

In Unitechnik export (79), you can now select Template as the value for every Article number field.

IFC is an open specification developed by the IAI (International Alliance for Interoperability).

Model can be exported into an IFC file.

models created with Graitec Advanced Steel would cause an error when you tried to convert to objects if they contained unnamed IFC Presentation Layer Assignments. This has now been fixed.

IFC models could not be converted to Tekla Structures model objects, if they contained IFC circles defined by a single point. This has now been fixed.

During the conversion from DSTV to DXF using macrosaved series of actions that includes instructions for a program

Macros are located in the applications and components catalog. They are recorded or created manually and stored as .cs file in a folder defined with the advanced option XS_MACRO_DIRECTORY.

Macros can, for example, be used for creating drawings or reports.

Macros are sometimes used to run an application.

Convert_DSTV2DXF, the DWG viewer is no longer used. 

123629 Import, export, interoperability

You can now specify Production addition user-defined attributes for precast parts. This attribute is exported with Unitechnik export (79) to object's SLABDATE block as a representative number 00-03. The current options are Standard element, Balcony, Roof, Plastered element.

117835 Import, export, interoperability

In Unitechnik export (79), you can now select the type of SLABDATE weight using the new setting Production weight on the Data specification tab. The options are Part weight and Unit weight.

IFCfile format commonly used in BIM that facilitates software interoperability
