Defect number | Development area | Description |
---|---|---|
TSAC-2702 | Concrete components | Strip footing reinforcement (75): You can now create straight stirrup rebars. |
TSAC-2720 | Concrete components | Automated reinforcement layout - double tee beam (51): You can now use the Ignore cutouts in strand layout setting on the Attributes tab to ignore cutouts when counting the strand layout. |
TSAC-2734 | Concrete components | The Update rebar attributes tool now has a new Update (phase only) button with which you can update just the phase of all rebar coupler/end anchor parts. The existing Update button still functions as before. You can use the Update button to update the coupler/end anchor-specific UDA values in addition to the phase of coupler/end anchor parts. |
TSAC-2862 | Concrete components | Beam reinforcement (63), Strip footing reinforcement (75), Corbel reinforcement (81) and Rectangular column reinforcement (83) now have a new U-shape stirrup available. |
TSAC-2908 | Concrete components | Corbel Reinforcement (81): The main bars now follow the corbel shape properly. |
TSAC-2963 | Concrete components | Reinforcement mesh array in area (89) now creates the reinforcement mesh correctly for the defined polygonal area. Previously, the mesh was not created in some corners of the area and in some cases the mesh extended outside the area. |

TSAC-3180 | Concrete components | Rectangular column reinforcement (83) now creates intermediate bars between side bars when you have defined an equal number of symmetrical side bars, regardless of the symmetry option you have selected. |
TSAC-3272 | Concrete components | Concrete console (110): Previously, the option to cut extra secondary parts was applied to incorrect parts. This has now been fixed. |
TSAC-3362 | Concrete components | Wall layout elementation has been fixed. You can now use the current units (lbs or kg) as the By weight value in the same way as it has been possible for the maximum weight. |
TSAC-3475 | Concrete components | Mesh bars / Mesh bars by area: On the Detailing tab, the Create cuts around selected parts feature has been improved. Filter recognition in the list of filters has been improved and the selected filter is now visible when you reopen the component dialog box in the model. |
TSAC-818 | Concrete components | Mesh bars: You can now set the bar edge distance as a negative value. Note that this will only offset the bars. To get a fully offset mesh, set the cover thickness for the sides on the Bar end conditions tab to a negative value. |
TSAC-2807 | Steel components | Bolted gusset (11) now works in the same way in different Tekla Structures versions. |
TSAC-3054 | Steel components | Column with stiffeners (188): Shear tabs are now correctly placed when the main part is created from plates. |

TTSD-14327 | Import, export, interoperability | IFC object conversion: Sometimes the whole model was converted as Item. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-17311 | Import, export, interoperability | IFC2x3 export: The export type Coordination view 2.0 did not always create correct geometry for contour plates with corner chamfers. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-27780 | Import, export, interoperability | IFC4 export: Now when you select the option Pours, pour objects and pour units are exported but cast-in-place concrete parts and cast-in-place cast units are not exported. If you do not select this option, cast-in-place concrete parts and cast-in-place cast units are exported without pour objects or pour units. |
TTSD-27862 | Import, export, interoperability | IFC4 export: Spatial hierarchy from Organizer now supports pour units. Note that Organizer Uncategorized are not exported. |
TTSD-28894 | Import, export, interoperability | IFC export: The export had sometimes wrong colors for some objects when exporting bigger amount of objects. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-29283 | Import, export, interoperability | IFC export: Holes for bolts going through both faces of hollow section now exported to IFC more consistently, affecting also STEP and IGES exports done with Multi Converter extension. |

This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-30862 | Drawings | Sometimes precast parts with more than 500 edge lines were incorrectly shown in drawing views. This has now been fixed, |

TTSD-30092 | Reinforcement | In rebar sets, the default hook direction now depends only on the first leg. Previously, it was determined from the first two legs including a possible cranked leg at the other end of the bar. |
TTSD-26805 | Modeling | In some cases, weld preparations were not shown in the model after copying. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-27826 | Modeling | In some cases, for example, when the plane of a part face or an opening face ran through an opening in the part and its pour break plane, the pour break was not created or it became invalid. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-28182 | Modeling | Previously, in some rare cases, numbering could cause a Tekla Structures model to crash. This could happen at least in the Australasian environment. Now this has been fixed. |
TTSD-28366 | Modeling | Selecting points that are already selected is now possible after changing the object creation type, for example, creating a polycurve and switching the creation method from arc to line. |
TTSD-28422, TTSD-25154 | Modeling | You can again create construction circles by center point and point on circle. Now when starting the construction circle command, you have 3 options to choose from:
|
TTSD-28510, TTSD-29504, TTSD-30166 | Modeling | Earlier, when creating a view along the grid lines for rotated views, incorrect views were created. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-29098 | Modeling | When using a main part UDA value in the assembly or cast unit position, Tekla Structures erroneously showed the default value of the UDA. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-29911 | Modeling | While editing the geometry of an item and selecting another item, the handles stayed on the original item. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-30122 | Modeling | Views along grid lines were not created properly if the work plane was set to some other plane, for instance, when the work plane was rotated. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-30150 | Modeling | Welds in components are now taken into account in clash checking. |
TTSD-30193, TTSD-30430, TTSD-30389 | Modeling | Previously, creating views along the grid lines did not work correctly when the grid had a non-zero origin. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-30606 | Modeling | Previously, if you made large selections in the model, loading properties to the property pane could be extremely slow. Now this does not happen anymore. The performance issue with large selections has been fixed. |
TTSD-30851 | Modeling | Earlier, sometimes when there were welds in the same position, clash check did not detect clashes. This now has been fixed. |
TTSD-30763 | Analysis and design | Previously, moving an analysis node did not create the correct result when multiple parts were connected to the node. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-27819 | Tools and components | Previously, rebar set modifiers and splitters were hidden in the custom component editor if the XS_REBARSET_SHOW_MODIFIERS_CREATED_BY_COMPONENTS advanced option was set to FALSE . This advanced option should only apply to component instances, not to the component editor. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-28207 | Tools and components | Previously, there was an error when publishing a custom component in the Applications & components catalog when another component of a different type with the same name as the custom component already existed. This has now been fixed. |
TTSD-15532 | User interface | The availability of material, thickness and color properties according to the surface treatment types in the property pane has been corrected. |
TTSD-24055 | User interface | Side pane windows no longer move slightly to the left when floated. |
TTSD-25122 | User interface | Side pane windows now stay docked or floated when restarting Tekla Structures. In addition, clicking on a side pane window header will no longer immediately float the window. You need to slightly drag to detach it. |
TTSD-28885 | User interface | Previously, the work plane was set to the model origin when creating default views. This has been fixed and the work plane now remains in the previously set location. |
