Previously snap settings in drawings were saved only if you saved the drawing through the File menu. The settings were not saved if you saved the drawing by closing the drawing and selecting the Save option. Now snap settings are saved properly in both cases.

TTSD-15719 Tekla Model Sharing In a shared model, locked components are now better handled during read in. Previously, there were issues with locked components that should have been updated during read in because of changed component definitions. Now such components are not updated during read in. The modelsharing.log lists these components and the reason why they were not updated.
TTSD-18420 Tekla Model Sharing In a shared model, when reading in, conflicts in part numbering were not always propagated to the assembly, which left the assembly numbering unchanged. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-18762 Tekla Model Sharing Previously, Tekla Model Sharing would sometimes fail to initialize when opening a shared model, with the following error message in the DataSharing client log: "DataSharingException: Facade is not connected to service.". This error has now been prevented.
TTSD-18795 Tekla Model Sharing Profiles with user-defined cross sections are now imported correctly. Previously, the cross section was not updated when the profile was imported.
In shared models, the profiles could be erroneously considered modified, which would cause unnecessary updates to numbering and drawings for parts using the profiles. Now this does this happen anymore.
TTSD-19624 Tekla Model Sharing Previously, Tekla Model Sharing file handling could copy temporary files to another model, which could make history reading and writing to report database corruption. Now this has been fixed. Such files are never written out and not read during read in.
TTSD-16829 Reinforcement Previously, rebar adaptivity would break in some cases, especially if the concrete object had very small angles between the faces.

During the import, the session log may show this message if orienting has been applied to the model: "Solid faces have been re-oriented."
TTSD-16906 Modeling There is a new template attribute ADDED_TO_POUR_UNIT to indicate how an object was added to a pour unit.
The possible values are:
0 - unassigned and dirty (modified after the pour unit was resolved the last time)
1 - manually assigned
2 - automatically assigned

The attribute is in the template category in filters and in the template attributes for the following object types:
ASSEMBLY
BOLT
CAST_UNIT
(only precast, not for cast in place)
MESH
REBAR
SINGLE_REBAR
SINGLE_STRAND
STRAND
STUD
TTSD-17561 Modeling Previously, there were some issues in the profile and material catalog export and import, and in editing rules in the profile and material catalog. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-17582 Modeling Previously, the Move linear command did not move objects which were selected with Object by phases in Phase Manager. Only the grid that was included in the phase was moved.

Now, if the grid is the only selected object, it is moved. If also other objects are selected, such as parts, bolts, welds and so on, the grid does not move but the other objects move.
TTSD-17652 Modeling Now the custom component formulas no longer require an extra click to update another value.
TTSD-17733 Modeling The Add to pour unit and Remove from pour unit commands are now visible on the context menu to more combinations of selected objects when right-clicking.
TTSD-17915 Modeling Sometimes, opening an older Tekla Structures model with a newer Tekla Structures version resulted in invalid time ID errors, and the model could not be opened. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-17941 Modeling Steel embeds are now ignored when calculating AREA_FORM properties.
AREA_FORM properties require solid unions to be used. Small steel embeds can cause problems when creating solid unions, and they do not have a lot of effect on the end result.
TTSD-18267 Modeling POUR_UNIT. template attributes now work with all mesh types.
TTSD-18604 Modeling Filtering based on OWNER or HISTORY.OWNER now works with both <DOMAIN>/<username> and <DOMAIN>\<username>.
TTSD-18763 Modeling Previously, some important messages were classified incorrectly as debug information. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-18941 Modeling Shape import has been improved for shapes which are solids.

If shape shells have been re-oriented in the import, the following message is written in the import log:
Solid faces have been re-oriented.

If shapes are not shown correctly in a model created with an older Tekla Structures version, you need to re-import the shapes in this Tekla Structures version, and then check that the shapes are shown correctly. Note that just opening the older model in this version is not enough.
TTSD-12559 Analysis and design Previously, if you had created a rigid link between analysis nodes, you could not move or merge nodes that had been created manually. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-12971 Analysis and design When importing changes from Tekla Structural Designer to Tekla Structures, you can now rotate the model when the Model Comparison Tool dialog box is open.
TTSD-13552 Analysis and design When changing the analysis part class to Secondary or Bracing, the Keep axis position option is now set to No. Also, when changing the class to Beam or Column, the Keep axis position option is set to Yes. Note that if you set the analysis application to Tekla Structural Designer and the class to Beam, the Keep axis position option is not changed to Yes.
TTSD-14412 Analysis and design In the analysis model properties, the Curved beam property is now set to Use curved member when creating a new analysis model with the Tekla Structural Designer analysis application, or when changing the analysis application of an existing analysis model to Tekla Structural Designer.
TTSD-16487 Analysis and design The Finland environment and the Norway environment now include localized conversion files to be used as the default conversion files in the import and export between Tekla Structures and Tekla Structural Designer.
TTSD-17063 Analysis and design When importing and exporting files between Tekla Structures and Tekla Structural Designer, if your environment includes a conversion file localized for your environment, this file is now used as the default conversion file, instead of the global mapping files.
TTSD-17940 Analysis and design You can now export circular concrete columns to Tekla Structural Designer when using the US imperial environment.
TTSD-18396 Analysis and design Analysis node positions are now correct when using Reference axis (eccentricity by neutral axis) as the analysis axis position. Also, when inquiring analysis parts, the offsets are now shown correctly.
TTSD-19340, TTSD-17940 Analysis and design Concrete columns and beams with parametric profiles, for example 36"*36" and D24", are now correctly exported from Tekla Structures to Tekla Structural Designer.
TTSD-5810 Analysis and design Staad export from Tekla Structures now takes into account the new XS_AD_LOAD_COMBINATION_METHOD advanced option.
The possible values are:
0 = use repeat load
1 = use load combination (if linear analysis method is used)
TTSD-16347 Tools and components Previously, when you edited a custom component, then closed the custom component editor dialog box and applied the changes to the custom component instances in the model, a copy of the custom component appeared in the model if any of the component instances had locked parts. Now the extra copy is always removed from the model.
TTSD-16349 Tools and components Custom components with locked parts are no longer updated when the component is changed. Instead, the Object locks dialog box is opened (Manage > Locks).
TTSD-18133 Tools and components
