Fixes

Defect number Development area Description
TSAC-138 Concrete components In Wall to wall connection and Wall groove seam detail, the connector and recess spacing now work properly when other than millimeter units are used.
TSAC-1656 Concrete components In Floor layout, an extra part was previously created at an opening. This has now been fixed.
TSAC-1684 Concrete components In Floor layout, the default/actual offsets of other layers than the primary layer now work properly also when other layers consist of multiple parts, and the offset is smaller than the offset of the primary layer.
Note that if you are modifying an existing Floor layout created with a previous Tekla Structures version, the layout may change if the offset values were not properly used earlier.
TSAC-1749 Concrete components In Mesh bars and Mesh bars by area, when you set the secondary bars to Same as primary and the bar type to Mesh on the Picture tab, the Spacing and Number of bars settings are now correctly dimmed.

TSAC-2231 Concrete components In Wall layout, when customizing the content of the UDA tab, you can now define in the WallLayout.Udas.dat file that layer UDA values are not swapped when the Wall layout swapper is used. You can do this by adding NoSwap at the end of the line (fourth field):
string comment j_comment NoSwap
TSAC-2251 Concrete components Floor layout now creates additional tabs for user-defined attributes in the Floor layout dialog box if there are a lot of user-defined attributes. Earlier, if there were a lot of user-defined attributes, the row spacing on the User defined tab was compressed to fit all the attributes on one tab.
TSAC-2326 Concrete components In Corbel connection (14), the console is now not created if you select the input parts in the wrong order.
TSAC-647 Concrete components In Mesh bars by area, dragging a polygon edge no longer takes its boundary out of the plane.

TSAC-253 Steel components

In Column with stiffeners S (187), the bolt edge distance is now correctly applied with sloped beams.

TTSD-13621 Steel components When using Excel design with connections, if the .xls file is not found, the error message is no longer hidden behind other windows on the screen.
TTSD-18533 Organizer Previously, opening Organizer in models that included very large assemblies took a long time or was altogether impossible. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-19256 Organizer In Organizer, the content of categories that have filters in the category rules is now updated correctly when synchronizing with the model. Previously, if you exploded a component in the model, the category content was not updated correctly.

TTSD-16747 Drawings When you create several drawings at a time, Tekla Structures shows a progress dialog with a Cancel button. However, clicking the Cancel button did not stop creating new drawings, but created them without templates. This has now been fixed. Moreover, now the dialog box also shows two progress bars: the first bar shows what is done for each drawing, and it goes back and forth. The second bar proceeds steadily after every drawing.
TTSD-17987 Drawings Sometimes, the dimension line was drawn incorrectly between the dimension points. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-20407 Drawings Opening of some drawings could sometimes fail. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-4111 Drawings

Previously snap settings in drawings were saved only if you saved the drawing through the File menu. The settings were not saved if you saved the drawing by closing the drawing and selecting the Save option. Now snap settings are saved properly in both cases.

TTSD-19624 Tekla Model Sharing Previously, Tekla Model Sharing file handling could copy temporary files to another model, which could make history reading and writing to report database corruption. Now this has been fixed. Such files are never written out and not read during read in.
TTSD-19701 Tekla Model Sharing When joining a shared model, Tekla Model Sharing now checks if the current system locale is compatible with the system locale that was used when the model was shared. This check helps to avoid issues when distributed teams are using the model. Tekla Structures is not a fully Unicode application and it may function incorrectly when a shared model is opened with a system locale that is incompatible with the one that was used when starting to share the model.
TTSD-21393 Tekla Model Sharing With some reference models, the changes list in a shared model could open very slowly. This has now been fixed.

TTSD-17093 Modeling In the property pane, you can now save and load bolt assembly property files that only contain the bolt but no other parts in the assembly.
Note that if you select or clear the Bolt check box in the bolt assembly properties, the check boxes for Washers and first Nut properties are also selected or cleared, as in the old bolt properties dialog box.
TTSD-17733 Modeling The Add to pour unit and Remove from pour unit commands are now visible on the context menu to more combinations of selected objects when right-clicking.
TTSD-17915 Modeling Sometimes, opening an older Tekla Structures model with a newer Tekla Structures version resulted in invalid time ID errors, and the model could not be opened. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-17941 Modeling Steel embeds are now ignored when calculating AREA_FORM properties.
AREA_FORM properties require solid unions to be used. Small steel embeds can cause problems when creating solid unions, and they do not have a lot of effect on the end result.

TTSD-19916 Analysis and design Concrete panel analysis connectivity has now been improved.
TTSD-5810 Analysis and design Staad export from Tekla Structures now takes into account the new XS_AD_LOAD_COMBINATION_METHOD advanced option.
The possible values are:
0 = use repeat load
1 = use load combination (if linear analysis method is used)
TTSD-19981 Core When you tried to change the advanced option XS_DRAWING_PLOT_FILE_NAME_W in Russian language, Tekla Structures crashed. This has now been fixed.
TSAC-932 Tools and components In Radial array tool, angle values with decimals are now supported in regional settings.
TTSD-16347 Tools and components Previously, when you edited a custom component, then closed the custom component editor dialog box and applied the changes to the custom component instances in the model, a copy of the custom component appeared in the model if any of the component instances had locked parts. Now the extra copy is always removed from the model.
TTSD-17873 Tools and components Previously, in some cases, Tekla Structures could crash at start up when launching external tools. The crash is now prevented. The timing for the external tools is still the same, and as before, they still try to run before the model is open.
TTSD-18588 Tools and components Custom components containing system components were not correctly created when creating several custom components within one command sequence. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-19715 Tools and components Previously, closing Tekla Structures after model loading failed could cause Tekla Structures to crash. This has now been fixed.
TTSD-20007 Numbering When you use standard-part models in numbering, the standard parts now get the start number of the oldest standard part in the actual project model, instead of a random number.
The start number cannot be used to divide identical standard parts in groups, as the parts all get the same part position, prefix, and start number.
SOLD-618 User interface In the Support tool, while you create the support case, the navigating back button in the upper-left corner is disabled for a moment so that you cannot accidentally interrupt the upload.
SOLD-722 User interface Staying signed in to Tekla Structures now works correctly. Previously, when logging in to Tekla Structures, in some cases the option to stay signed in did not work correctly or it was not available at all.
TTSD-18464 User interface You can now use 2-byte Japanese characters, as well as other multi-byte characters, in the search box in the Tekla Online side pane.
TTSD-19192 User interface In some cases, copying properties in the property pane did not work. This has now been fixed.
