114446 | Import, export, interoperability |
The Pop-marking options tab in the Pop-mark Settings dialog box now has a new setting Consider zero diameter holes as pop-marks that writes zero diameter bolt holes as pop-marks. If you do not select this setting, the bolt holes will be written as normal holes with diameter zero. If you select the setting Show pop-marks in the model, the pop-marks for the zero-diameter bolt holes will also be visible in the model. In the example below, the pop-marks of the zero-diameter holes are shown in the model: |
125871 | Templates and reports |
In Windows 10, creating a report caused an applicationpart of Tekla Structures functionality that is developed in order to extend the capability of Tekla Structures but that is not included in the Tekla Structures installation |
125892 | Drawings |
In drawing re-creation, marks were not always created correctly. This has now been fixed. |
125655 | Drawings |
Previously some dwg files that were imported to drawings had some of the texts scaled incorrectly. This has now been fixed. |
125601 | Drawings |
Application error sometimes occurred if you clicked the end point of a selected polyline when splitting it in a drawing. This has now been fixed. |
125591 | Drawings |
Cloning certain drawings is now much faster. |
125574 | Drawings |
The dwg/dxf files added in drawings now support AutoCAD control codes. |
125057 | Drawings |
Idle CPU usage time was reduced in the Print Drawings dialog box. |
124071 | Drawings |
Previously, some reference models could not be set to visible in drawings after a view filterfilter used for defining which objects are displayed in a model view or drawing view |
124070 | Drawings |
Now the symbol height change does not move the insertion point. |
122572 | Drawings |
Previously some unicode letters in RTF files where not supported, now they are shown correctly. |
120633 | Drawings |
You can now define an automatic hatch separately for precast parts and cast-in-place parts in the |
116417 | Drawings |
Now the Full name element also shows a value for studs. |
86340 | Drawings |
With the new command Delete part marks you can easily delete part marks for parts that you have selected. This command comes in very handy when you do not want to show marks for neighbor parts or neighbor reinforcement, for example. You can delete all other mark types, except weld marks. |
125977 | Tekla Model Sharing |
Previously, when using a custom partcomponent for creating a part that cannot be created by using any existing part command or part profile |

In Tekla Model Sharingcloud service for collaboration and for storing and sharing a model |
118511 | Tekla Model Sharing |
Previously, imported custom components with images in the properties dialog stored the images outside the model folderfolder that is used for storing files associated with a model |
123176 | Reinforcement |
Rebar shape managertool that is used for customizing the bending shapes of reinforcing bars |
117125 | Reinforcement |
Now you cannot detach a reinforcing bar groupgroup of reinforcing bars that are side by side and have identical properties, except the possible variation in bar lengths |
55592 | Reinforcement |
When you select the reinforcing barreinforcement that represents a steel bar used to reinforce a concrete structure |
125369 | Modeling |
Selecting the Educational configuration when starting Tekla Structures and creating a new model caused a Tekla Model Sharingcloud service for collaboration and for storing and sharing a model |

A new range of cold rolled Mezzanine floor profiles has been added to the UK profile catalogcatalog that displays profiles and information on the profiles |
120245 | Modeling |
In some cases, pour objects and cast-in-place parts were visible in model views even when the visibility of parts or pours was set off (the Parts check box was not selected in the Display dialog box). This has now been fixed. |

125095 | Tools and components |
When importing .tsep extensions to Tekla Structures, the dialog box that lists the installed Tekla Structures versions now has the correct instructions to select the versions. |
124458 | Tools and components |
Previously, when you deleted all component objects and component parameters from a custom componentcomponent that the user creates and uses for creating model objects whose composition the user can modify as a group Now if you delete all objects and parameters from a custom component, Tekla Structures shows a message that you cannot save the component. You can either select to close without saving so that the custom component will remain as it was before you deleted objects and parameters, or you can select to cancel to undo the changes until the component contains at least one of the original component objects. |
120413 | Tools and components |
Earlier, the positioning options of custom parts made out of custom parts did not work. This has now been fixed. |
