Unspecified FLEXnet Error with code 7288 The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count.
“Chain” rule is used in license activation process. It means that you have to deactivate previous license in the chain prior to activate new one. Also it can be that all licenses from the activation ID have been activated already, no licenses left. The licenses probably have been activated on other computer. Deactivate the licenses from that computer then you can activate them.
