The above error message indicates another instance of Tekla Structures is running. Close the previous session of Tekla Structures before trying to launch new session.
If there are no visible Tekla Structures applications running, start the Task Manager to see if TeklaStructures.exe is running. You can terminate the process through Task Manager, or if process won't terminate, restart the computer.
If the process cannot be terminated, uninstall and reinstall Tekla Structures.
