Question:
How to get Sequence & phase number in KISS file .

Answer:
In the phase name , you can add required phase number and sequence number ( ex: 32S,12 where 32S is seq number and 12 is phase number) and this can be reported in KISS file.
set XS_MIS_SEQUENCE = PHASE_NAME in tools options advance options.
