CATALOG NAME: Rail Flanges
TYPE: DETAIL
This Custom Component is used to create Flanges at the end of rails. It can also be used at the base of stanchions if desired.
There are 4 types of Flanges that this Custom Component creates. Each Flange is automatically set as a Bought Out Item in the part's UDA and each contains a field to enter in the manufacturer's Item Name or Catalog Number.
Type 1 - Plain Raised Flush
Type 2 - Raised with Collar - 2 Hole
Type 3 - Flat with Collar - 2-Hole
Type 3 - Flat with Collar - 3 Hole
Type 4 - Offset Raised Flush
How the Offset Raised Flush flange is located
If you enter 0" for the offset value, then the flange will be located with the mid-point of the radius at the center of the rail.
Otherwise, you can enter a desired offset value and that value will be used to located the center of the flange from the center of the rail.
This Custom Component can be used inside System Component WallRails on the Endings tab by loading in this Rail Flanges custom component and any of the out-of-the-box attributes or any other attribute you save inside this custom component.
Starting in v21.1, the above Custom Component is available in all US Environment Model Templates

How the Offset Raised Flush flange is located
