Ornamental Picket Panel
CATALOG NAME: Ornamental Picket Panel v2
TYPE: SEAM
This Custom Component creates a panel with ornamental pickets between 2 stanchions and 2 rails. This custom component can be used inside system component (S77) or added manually.
This Custom Component uses the Array component to add the additional pickets down the handrail assembly. Any changes to the Pos_No, Material, Name, Finish, or Class fields will only be applied to the 'source' pickets when the Modify button is clicked.
In order for all the picket parts to inherit the same values for these fields, you'll need to make sure that you change the Profile field (to a different profile and back again if necessary) or the Alternating Pickets Option field (to No and back again to Yes, or vice versa) after you make any changes to the Pos_No, Material, Name, Finish, or Class fields.
This Picket Panel custom component is designed to work in horizontal conditions only. It uses the parts found in the Sample Pickets section of the Profile Catalog.
See instructions on How to Create a Profile from a DWG file.
In the dialog of this custom component you will find the normal part fields (i.e. profile, material, etc.). The Profile Thickness field actually controls the thickness of the picket perpendicular to the top rail, not parallel to the top rail.
