CATALOG NAME: Hole + Custom Anchor
TYPE: DETAIL
This custom component allows you to quickly add a hole and a custom anchor to a part in the model.
Picking order:
1. Select part
2. Select point
Use the hole diameter, standard, and tolerance fields to control the created hole in the part.
Before calling in a custom anchor, you need to open up one of the custom anchor rods.
Make sure you enter the thickness of the part (that this custom anchor will be going through) in the custom anchor rod dialog (as shown above in blue box).
In the Custom Anchor Rod field, call in the custom anchor rod component you modified above. Then in the Attribute Name field, type in the name you saved in step 2 above.
If you are calling in one of the bent custom anchor rods, the direction of the bend may be in the wrong direction even if you are using one of the provided direction (i.e. +Y) attributes.
When this happens, go to the General tab and change the Detail type to Intermediate detail or Intermediate detail (reverse).

- Make the desired changes to the custom component.
- Save your changes accordingly. Then close the custom anchor's dialog box.
