Custom Step

This custom component can be used inside other components such as:

System Component - Stairs (S71)
System Component - Ship Ladder

On the Picture tab, you can adjust the geometry of the step and the location of the bolts as shown here.



There is also an option to change the tread type to one of the following. (Samples are shown at bottom of this page)

 

On the Parts tab, you can control the part prefix, numbering settings, material, and name. You can also choose whether the step is a bought out item or not and if so, you can enter the name or product number of the item. There are also a few more bolt fields which give you control over the bolt diameter, standard, tolerance, type, and horizontal slot.
