Introduction

Creation

Activate the Panelizer tool from the applications and components catalogcatalog that contains all system components and custom components, and the macros and applications

Openings tab page:

  1. Placement aroung openings, if panel edges should match the opening edges
  2. Cut around parts is for creating a cut to panels where there are parts. You can define a selection filterfilter used for defining which object types can be selected

    Selection filter chooses model objects or objects in drawings according to object properties.

    Selection filters can be standard or user-defined.

    For example, selection filters can be used to select parts for drawings or analysis.

    for those parts you want to be cut aroung from.

Editing

When selecting the component, there are direct modificationfunction that activates the mode where the model objects can be modified by using handles

Direct modification enables additional handles and modification options.

  1. Lines appears to locations where panel is not maximum size. There it is possible to move the gap location by dragging the line
  2. Delete buttons appears to gaps that can be deleted without making a larger panel than defined in the maximum width and height
  3. Add gaps to locations where gaps may have been deleted
