Shows the top level of a single part, cast unit, assembly, part of a connection or a pour objectbuilding object that is formed of one or more cast-in-place concrete parts, or a part of a cast-in-place concrete part
The cast-in-place concrete parts are merged into one pour object if they have the same material grade and pour phase, and if they touch each other. Pour objects are visible in pour view.
Top level takes the unit and accuracy from MarkDimensionFormat.dim.
The datum level only affects the TOP_LEVEL attribute when Location by is set to Model origin or to the project base pointbase point that sets the point of origin for a project if the model has several base points
A project can have only one project base point.

You can use this attribute as a user-defined attributeobject property created by the user in order to widen the range of predefined object properties
User-defined attributes are used when the predefined object properties are not sufficient but more properties are needed. For example, comment, locked, and erection status are user-defined attributes.

This attribute returns the value as text, so you cannot use formulae with this attribute. Use TOP_LEVEL_UNFORMATTED instead.
