CMF Eaves Beam to Stanchion (27)

The CMF Eaves Beam to Stanchion connection is used to create a bolted or welded connection between the eave beam and column/stanchion. If an overhang is required at the gable this should be done within the joint, not by manually extending the eaves beam at the start and end points. The joint will define all bolts and welds required, and where appropriate will also fit the ends of the eaves beams to leave the correct end gapany space between two objects

The term gap is used in its general sense in Tekla Structures.

Notes

  • Any modification of the selected parts will cause this joint to be updated.
  • When connection is applied the default connecting profile is always an L100*75*8, this can be overwritten in the Parts tab
  • Eaves beam and front face of the column/stanchion must be parallel.
