This tool is to create stiffeners on the wallplate that represents a structure such as a wall or roof panel
In Tekla Structures, a panel is created by picking two or more points.
In cast-in-place concrete the term wall refers to a concept similar to panel.

on. Else you can select all the Individual plates of the duct keeping ‘Select objects in component’ switch on.
You can selct the number of stiffeners required & the end distances at the start & end point. You can also select the stiffener profile here. If there is no need for intermediate stiffener(s), then use delete stiffeners option.
Under Position, you can define the plane, rotation of the stiffener profile.
Using corner set out, you can control the junction layout. Choose the marked option to have the stiffener angle back to back.
From below option, if you choose “Add to Main”, it will weld the stiffener with the duct to form one assembly. If you choose “Loose Assy”, it will keep all the stiffener as loose parts.
Using ‘Plate Selection’ option (see below), you can define the plate numbers on which you want the stiffeners.
Using side selection tab (see below), you can define the side of stiffener (inside duct or outside)
You can also control the vertical extension of the stiffeners using below values.
Under the parts tab, control for Profile, material, name, finish & classpart property that groups parts according to identifiers given by the user
The identifiers of classes are usually numbers. Classes can be used for defining the color of parts in the model, for example. Class does not influence the numbering of model objects.
