allows the placing of a single diagonal tie between a holesmall hollow open throughout a part or assembly that is usually used for fastening parts with bolts or other such objects

on a strut and a point on a column.
Before and after
- It is important to realise that any modification of the parts to which this macro applies is likely to cause incorrect results in the model. This is because the items created by a macro are not redefined when changes are made to the previously selected members. If it is necessary to change any of the members upon which the macro is dependent then first delete all the parts created by the macro, make the required changes and finally re-apply the macro.
- To reduce unnecessary parts in the models/clarity the end brackets are not modelled.
- Counter formed holes are determined by the type of hole at the tie end of the rope.
