Use to set the reference lineline between two reference points

For example, if the user picks two points to position a beam, these points form the reference line, and handles appear at the line ends.

Reference lines can be used in snapping in a snap switch.

type in drawings. You can use the following switches:

  • POINT_LINE creates a line between the part’s creation points.

  • DEFINITION_LINE creates a line between the part’s definition points (creation points + end offsets ).

  • CORNER_REFERENCE_LINE creates a line between the part’s corner points.

This advanced option is model specific and the setting is saved in the options databasedatabase file that contains the settings of model-specific general settings and advanced options

There are two options databases, the model options database (options_model.db) and the drawing options database (options_drawings.db).
